Perancangan Sistem Informasi Maintenance Alat Uji (Pastimau) Berbasis Website

Testing equipment must be in good condition and ready to be operated so that the testing process can run optimally. Test equipment maintenance needs to be carried out regularly according to a predetermined schedule to reduce the potential for damage to the equipment. This information system supports maintenance reporting and test equipment damage. Research was conducted in the Malang City Transportation Infrastructure Management Unit on the maintenance of test equipment, and the designed Website-based test equipment maintenance information system was tested. The author distributes questionnaires to 11 respondents, and the data is processed using the hypothetical mean method. The information system created can be used as a guideline for reporting and monitoring the implementation of test equipment maintenance. After conducting a trial on the Website, it can be concluded that the test equipment maintenance information system received an assessment with a high category. The Website is helpful in the test equipment maintenance process so that a website-based information system can be applied precisely and adequately.
ABSTRAK
Peralatan pengujian harus dalam kondisi baik dan siap pada saat dioperasikan agar proses pengujian dapat berjalan optimal. Maintenance peralatan uji perlu dilakukan secara berkala sesuai dengan jadwal yang ditentukan agar mengurangi potensi kerusakan peralatan uji. Sistem informasi ini berguna mendukung pelaporan maintenance dan kerusakan peralatan uji. Pelaksanaan dilakukan di UPT Pengelolaan Prasarana Perhubungan Kota Malang terhadap pemeliharaan dan perawatan peralatan uji secara langsung serta uji coba sistem informasi maintenance alat uji berbasis Website yang telah dirancang. Penulis menyebarkan kuisioner kepada 11 (sebelas) responden dan datanya diolah menggunakan metode mean hipotetik. Sistem informasi yang telah dibuat dapat dijadikan pedoman, pelaporan dan monitoring pelaksanaan maintenance alat uji. Setelah dilaksanakan uji coba pada Website, dapat disimpulkan bahwa sistem informasi maintenance alat uji mendapatkan penilaian dengan kategori tinggi. Website dinilai sangat bermanfaat dalam membantu proses maintenance alat uji sehingga sistem informasi berbasis Website dapat diaplikasikan dengan baik dan tepat.
