EVALUASI INDIKATOR KINERJA PELABUHAN HIJAU: STUDI KASUS PELABUHAN MAKASSAR

This study aims to promote the concept of a "green" port by establishing to evaluate the performance indicators of a "green" port in a marine transportation system – a case study of Makassar Port and Makassar New Port in South Sulawesi integrating structural equation modeling (SEM) with smart-PLS tools. The results of the research conducted are: (1) the performance of the "green" port indicator – environmental aspects (X1) have a positive and significant effect on the performance of the "green" port (Y) with a coefficient value of 0.037; (2) the performance of the "green" port indicator – the economic aspect (X2) has a positive and significant effect on the performance of the "green" port (Y) with a coefficient value of 0.012; (3) the performance of the "green" port indicator – the social aspect (X3) has no positive and significant effect on the performance of the "green" port (Y) with a coefficient value of 0.503.
ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mempromosikan konsep pelabuhan “hijau” dengan menetapkan evaluasi indikator kinerja pelabuhan “hijau” dalam sistem transportasi laut– studi kasus Pelabuhan Makassar dan Pelabuhan Baru Makassar di Selatan Sulawesi mengintegrasikan structural equation modeling (SEM) dengan alat smart-PLS. Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan adalah: (1) kinerja indikator pelabuhan “hijau” – aspek lingkungan (X1) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pelabuhan “hijau” (Y) dengan nilai koefisien 0,037; (2) kinerja indikator pelabuhan “hijau” – aspek ekonomi (X2) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pelabuhan “hijau” (Y) dengan nilai koefisien sebesar 0,012; (3) kinerja indikator pelabuhan “hijau” – aspek sosial (X3) tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pelabuhan “hijau” (Y) dengan nilai koefisien sebesar 0,503.
