About the Journal
Indonesian Journal of Sharia Economics, Business, and Halal Studies
Indonesian Journal Of Sharia Economics Business and Halal Studies is a biannual double-blind peer-reviewed academic journal that is dedicated to publishing high-quality scholarly works on all disciplines of Islamic economics, Islamic business, Halal Studies, and Islamic accounting studies. The objective of the Journal is to provide a leading forum for the enhancement of communication between researchers and policymakers on the recent development of Islamic economics, Islamic business, Halal Studies, and Islamic accounting studies.
The publication in the Journal lays emphasis on works at the cutting edge of Islamic economics, Islamic business, Halal Studies, and Islamic accounting studies that have not been published everywhere. The Journal covers the discussion of contemporary Islamic economics, Islamic business, Halal Studies, and Islamic accounting studies in theoretical, empirical, and comparative studies which are not limited to Indonesian Islamic economics, Islamic business, Halal Studies, and Islamic accounting studies, but in international Islamic economics, Islamic business, Halal Studies, and Islamic accounting studies too.
The Journal will review manuscripts which should be 5,000-10,000 words (Articles), 3,000-5,000 words (Case Comments), and 1,000-2,500 words (Book Reviews). All articles published in this Journal are processed under a blind peer review of the editorial board. The board and reviewers are legal scholars with specific expertise in accordance with the main focus of this Journal. The peer-reviewed process and decision on the publication of manuscripts will normally be completed within three months from the day of submitting papers. The Journal is published twice a year in April and October. All contents of the Journal are freely available without charge to the user or his/her institution. Authors and readers are allowed to read, download, print, search, or link to the full texts of the articles in this Journal. The Journal does not request financial payment from authors. All published articles can be accessed online for free.
