This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach with the type of field research. The location that is the object of this research is BMT UGT Nusantara Capem Kencong. Researchers used primary data obtained through interviews, observation and documentation. Data validity analysis uses triangulation techniques. The research method used in this research is a qualitative descriptive approach with the data collection methods used are observation, interviews and documentation. The research is explanatory, focusing on the relationship or influence between independent and dependent variables. It employs a quantitative approach, sampling 100 Muslim customers of Indonesian sharia banks. Data collection was conducted via questionnaires distributed through Google Forms. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis, with the results derived from regression tests. The findings revealed that, firstly, the application of Islamic values does not independently affect customer loyalty. Secondly, the company's image has a partial impact on customer loyalty. Thirdly, customer satisfaction influences customer loyalty. This study is quantitative with an explanatory approach. The population in this study consisted of 14 Islamic Commercial Banks. The sample consisted of 6Islamic Commercial Banks registered with the Financial Services Authority (OJK) and Bank Indonesia. The sample was taken using a purposive sampling technique. The data analysis used panel data regression with Eviews 9. The results show that partially inflation, Bi Rate, FDR variables had a significant negative effect on the market share. ROA and CAR variables have no significant effect on the market share. Researchers used primary data obtained through interviews, observation and documentation.</em> <em>Data validity analysis uses triangulation techniques.</em> <em>The results of the research concluded that the concept of implementing the Rahn Tasjily contract at the BMT UGT Nusantara Kencong sub-branch was in accordance with the DSN-MUI fatwa Number 68/DSN-MUI/III/2008.</em> <em>BMT has actually implemented indicators in the 7P sharia marketing mix which consists of Product, Price, Place, Promotion, Process, People and Physical Evidence</em> <em>thus increasing Rahn Tasjily's membership in 2021 to around 529 members, while in 2022 it will be 628 members.</em> <em>There are also findings that BMT applies the Customer Centrism theory (consumer-oriented), which means that activities prioritize customers so that members become loyal to BMT.</em></p> Lia Putri Vadilah Agung Budi Sulistyo Umi Cholifah Copyright (c) 2024 IJABAH https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/4.0 2024-10-01 2024-10-01 2 2 102 113 10.19184/ijabah.v2i2.774 Pengaruh Rantai Pasok Halal Terhadap Kinerja Produksi Makanan UMKM https://journal.unej.ac.id/IJABAH/article/view/406 <p><em>The supply chain is a series of overall processes starting from the management, movement, storage and handling of raw materials, inventory of semi-finished goods, which ends with satisfied customers. Researchers use the R-A theory (Resource-Advantage Theory) to explain internal factors and the role of company performance. Researchers use quantitative research with survey methods with data collection techniques, namely questionnaires. The level of potential for the development of MSMEs in Jember Regency is large and continues to increase based on data from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) Jember Regency also has the largest number of MSMEs in East Java with a total of 647,416. In addition, the market coverage it has is already extensive to various cities and provinces. This is supported by data obtained from media such as Jember radar, detik.com, Tv One, and Kompas Tv. Seeing from these data, its distribution and marketing in Mayang District are areas with the highest production compared to other areas. The population in this study were all Mayang Peanut Cake MSMEs as many as 31 Mayang Peanut Cake MSME business actors in Jember Regency. The results of this study used multiple linear regression analysis by conducting a t-test (partial) and f-test (simultaneous). The results of the analysis indicate that partially the three variables in this study, namely the halal supply chain, HR quality, marketing have a positive and significant influence on production performance.
