This new website includes a built-in submission system that will make it easier for the editors, authors, and reviewers to check on the progress of their work.</p> <p>We will open to new submissions shortly. We just need a few days to get the delayed December and June issue and a special issue published.</p> <p>All papers that are still in the review process with our old system will continue to use that system.
