Stroke is the second leading cause of death worldwide and the leading cause of long-term disability. Stroke survivors are at high risk for recuurent stroke and long-term disabling sequelae. Stroke causes reduced or oven loss of function that occurs in these tissues, because a stroke attacks brain function without other causes. Patients with stroke will experience disturbances. Post stroke sensory and motor disturbances result in balance disturbances including muscle weakness, decreased soft tissue flexibility, and impaired motor and sesnsory control. There fore it is necessary to have a simulation that is socialized to the community. This services aims to improve skills through the role of the community, especially the elderly, in supporting produktivity by providing solutions that can be implemented, including increasing community knowledge through counseling and early detection and early management of stroke. The methods used in community service are field learning practice methods and learning practicums to improve the quality of health through lectures, discussions, and early detection. This activity is carried out with health counseling about emergency management of stroke attacks. Efforts to increase community knowledge and skills in overcoming stroke attacks can be carried out with counseling and early detection, especially in the elderly. This simulation activity is expected to increase knowladge so that it can reduce victims in the event of a stroke.
