Abstract

Learning process with implementation of skill empowerment has been applied intensively for character building in scientific manner. Practical course for the nurse student of STIKES dr Soebandi were maintained to learned microscopic handling and concept of cell form and structure. During Covid-19 pandemic, all practical course activities in Biology department of Jember University were conducted via online. The aims of this paper is to analyse the efficiency of online course based on the learning achievement from the practical activities. The study implemented statistical analysis to test the significant values of average data from the student report and the final test score. The result indicated that the learning achievement was lower in final test result which was influenced by the load of material course. Learning based activities with an enough background knowledge of student would be essential for the improvement of leaning achievement strategy.
