Economic instability due to the Covid-19 pandemic has influenced the lives of Indonesian people, especially in the household sector. Household consumption, as the central pillar of the economy, decelerated significantly and affected the performance of the industry and small businesses—a group of food stall merchants located on Jl. Java around the University of Jember undergoes the same situation. The decline in people's purchasing power, the implementation of health protocols, online learning, and the reduction in people's income have significantly impacted food sales and changed consumption patterns. Fish farming using the Budikdamber system, which combines fish farming and hydroponic water spinach, can be a solution to support the economy during the Covid-19 pandemic. The Budikdamber (fish cultivation in a bucket) cultivates fish and vegetables in one bucket. This community service using a fish and vegetable cultivation integrated system can improve the community's economy and maintain food security during a pandemic. The community service method is coaching and training with the aim that the sustainability of the Budikdamber System can be achieved and improve the community's economy. The service activities carried out were responded well by the community, as seen from their enthusiasm and active role in making Budikdamber planting media and containers.
