This type of research is descriptive with a qualitative paradigm and uses a purposive sampling method to determine informants. The informants in this research were managers and secretaries as key informants in relation to the company's business model. The data analysis used is domain analysis and taxonomic analysis. The results of this research describe the Barokah Park business model which has been formed in 9 blocks, namely, value propositions, customer segments, channels, customer relationships, key activities, key partners, key resources, revenue streams, cost structure. The business model implemented makes it easier for Barokah Park to attract tourists to visit Barokah Park. This correlation wants to show the relationship between strategic advantage and competitive advantage, this is an effort in creating competitive in a dynamic competitive market. Marketing capability is innovation in knowledge and working mechanisms at the level of company development, where the development allows the company to improve human resources. While marketing capabilities is a company's ability to face competitors, both on internal and external aspects. Development and strengthening here raises the company's ability to create a stable position of competitors. This study was conducted at Pt Sirtanio Organik Indonesia which is engaged in the processing of organic red rice with medium processing firms mechanism, the company is located in Sumber Baru village, Singojuruh District, Banyuwangi Regency. The theory used is the concept of competitive advantage and internal marketing and marketing capabilities. The research method uses a quantitative approach where this approach quantifies the data usually, so that this method is suitable for a wide population with limited variables, so that the research data is considered representative of the entire population. The method of data analysis in this study using multiple linear regression analysis. Data collection technique is done by observing and distributing research questionnaires to 36 employees of Pt Sirtanio Organik Indonesia as respondents. The results showed that <br>internal marketing and marketing capabilities have a positive and significant effect on competitive advantage of 53.2%. The total population is 38 companies with a sample of 21 companies using the purposive sampling method. The analysis technique used was multiple linear regression analysis. The hypothesis test used was the t test and F test. The results obtained are that partially sales growth have a significant effect on profitability, total asset turnover did not have a significant effect on profitability, and leverage have a significant negative effect on profitability. The hotel requires a management system focused on quality to achieve the desired level of service quality and customer satisfaction, which is the implementation of TQM. The purpose of the study is to describe and analyze the implementation of TQM in the operational management of Hotel Ramayana Situbondo. The research method used is qualitative research with domain analysis and taxonomy analysis techniques. Data were collected through interviews, field observations, and documentation. Hotel Ramayana Situbondo implements TQM by prioritizing customers, respecting individuals, adopting a fact-based approach, and pursuing continuous improvement. However, there are challenges in implementing the fact-based approach, leading to less optimal managerial decisions. Other challenges in pursuing continuous improvement include updating facilities, limited staff numbers, and the absence of employee training programs. The research was conducted at CV. Multi Bangunan Jember is a manufacturer of concrete building <br>materials. The research method used is qualitative with domain and taxonomy data analysis techniques. Data collection was carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation. The research informants include the production manager and production staff. The results indicate that authority is decentralized, with responsibilities distributed according to positions and an internal promotion system. Working conditions require physical endurance and are supported by adequate equipment. Work <br>standards focus on achieving quantity and quality targets. Technical skills, knowledge of concrete production, physical abilities, and a meticulous personality are important attributes of job performance. This research uses descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The location of this research is the Padi Sejati Individual Company which is located on Jl. Raya Genteng, Melik, Parijatah Wetan, Srono District, Banyuwangi Regency, East Java. Data collection techniques were carried out using in-depth interviews, observation and documentation. The data analysis method uses domain analysis and taxonomy. This research is important to conduct to find out the distribution strategies carried out by real individual rice companies. The results of the research show that the Padi Sejati Individual Company uses an indirect distribution strategy which in its implementation uses the 4P elements, namely Product, Price, Promotion and Distribution (Place). Eterno Coffee can apply the empathy map approach in operations and services to improve their business model canvas by integrating the two tools to gain innovation. This qualitative research was conducted by conducting interviews and direct observation of business processes and customer interactions. The researcher found that Eterno Coffee successfully increased customer satisfaction and loyalty through service quality, attractive space design, and customized menu variations. However, improvements and additional points are needed in the customer segmentation, value proposition, channel, and customer relationship sections. Employee performance is an important thing to pay attention to, because the success of a company depends on the performance provided by its employees. The object of this research is UD. Jaya Abadi Situbondo. UD. Jaya Abadi is a company that produces raw or ready-to-fry tofu. This research uses a quantiative approach with a sample of 40 production employees. The data collection technique used in this research was a questionnaire. The data analysis method used is a simple liniear regression analysis method using the T Test hypothesis test and the coefficient of determination tes using the SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution) application. The sampling technique in this study uses a purposive sampling technique. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis techniques with analysis tools, namely IBM SPSS statistic 25. The data is analyzed using descriptive analysis with the three-box method and multiple regression analysis with SPSS.
