Ethnomatematics is a representation of cultural influences on the complex and dynamic use of mathematics. Ethnomathematics researchers will examine and analyze the art of weaving as a cultural learning related to mathematics. Hat and mat weaving is one of the weaving arts used by researchers. The purpose of this study was to examine the mathematical aspects of Jambi matting as a source of learning mathematics for students. The research methodology in the form of a qualitative approach is used in this type of descriptive research. It is known from the identification and coding carried out by the researcher that there are three ethnomathematics aspects among the six existing ethnomathematics aspects. These aspects are calculating aspects, measuring aspects, and explaining aspects. In addition, the results of the linkage between ethnomathematics and Jambi woven art can be used as a source of learning mathematics, namely in the material of multiplication of two (algebra) and equivalent comparisons, area and circumference of flat shapes, patterns of sequences and series, geometry (reflection), and linear programming.
