Abstract

Mathematics learning can be studied in various ways, one of which is by analyzing mathematical concepts through woven bamboo crafts. Crafts of woven bamboo include winnowing, hat and besek. Tampah, caping and besek bamboo woven crafts aim to find out the benefits of learning mathematics. The method used by the author in this article is a literature study through the internet and household appliances made of woven bamboo found at home. one of the mathematical concepts given is learning flat shapes and geometric shapes, these concepts can be related to learning mathematics, one of which is in the study of word problems to introduce ethnomathematics
