Abstract

Climate change is a central and strategic issue for countries because of its impact on various
aspects of life. Countries seek to address climate change through the UNFCCC as an international
organizational regime. Indonesia, as one of the state parties to the UNFCCC, is committed to implementing international regulations related to climate change management. This research aims to find out Indonesia's commitment to implementing the UNFCCC agreement to address climate change. The research method is qualitative research. Data is obtained from secondary data obtained from literature studies, websites, and other documents related to the research questions. Data analysis is descriptive qualitative. The results showed that Indonesia is committed to reducing emissions by 29%, which can be gradually increased to 41% by 2030 according to the Paris Agreement as one of the outcomes of the UNFCCC. The implementation of Indonesia's commitment is done voluntarily and with the support of international cooperation.
