Pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja Fisik, Budaya Organisasi Dan Kepuasan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Puskesmas Silo 1 Di Kabupaten Jember
Abstract
Physical Work Environment, Organizational Culture, and Job Satisfaction have an important role in strengthening employee performance. This research was conducted to find out and analyze the influence of the Physical Work Environment, Organizational Culture, and Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance. This research was conducted on employees of Puskesmas Silo 1. Research data was obtained by distributing questionnaires to all 50 employees. This study uses a quantitative approach. The sampling technique in this research uses a census technique, namely taking all parts of the population. This lesson uses explanatory research and is analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS 25. The research results show that the physical work environment, organizational culture, and job satisfaction have a significant effect on employee performance, especially for employees Puskesmas Silo 1.
