Abstract

The purpose of this research is to understand and analyze the effect of Motivation, Work Discipline, and Learning Organization of employee performance PDAM Office Kabupaten Bondowoso. This research method uses a quantitative approach. The data collection technique was carried out by distributing questionnaires to employee respondents at the PDAM Office of Bondowoso Regency. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis methods. Based on the research findings, there is a positive influence of motivation, work discipline, and learning organization on employee performance at the PDAM Office of Bondowoso Regency. The sources of motivation for each employee vary, but what is most important is that with the motivation they possess, the employee will have the resilience and strength to achieve what they desire. Motivation must be supported by discipline in work; a high level of work discipline will encourage employees to be enthusiastic about their tasks. High discipline will prompt employees to enhance the learning organization to optimize their learning spirit, thereby improving their performance.
