Abstract

The “BUSERA” Cultural Festival in Bugeman Village, Kendit, Situbondo District, is a community empowerment initiative that aims to raise awareness of the potential of local culture. This topic was chosen because of the importance of cultural preservation in the midst of modernization that threatens the existence of local traditions. The methods used in this service include observation, interviews, and group discussions, which aim to explore the problems and cultural potential in the village. The results of this activity show an increase in community participation in local cultural preservation and economic development through MSMEs. This festival is expected to become an annual event that can attract tourists and strengthen the cultural identity of Bugeman Village. In conclusion, this activity not only preserves local culture but also improves community welfare.
