Abstract

Social services for children in conflict with the law in Jember Regency are carried out through the synergy of BAPAS Kelas II Jember with BAPAS Partners or POKMAS LIPAS. The purpose of this study is to describe and analyze the process of social reintegration activities of children in conflict with the law through BAPAS Kelas II Jember and POKMAS LIPAS. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive type. The results of the study show that the process carried out includes four processes. The first process is community research as an assessment of the needs of children in conflict with the law. The second process is intervention with peer engineering. The third process is  family intervention. The fourth process is community intervention. Social reintegration through synergy between BAPAS Kelas II Jember and POKMAS LIPAS so that children in conflict with the law can achieve children's welfare and function socially.
