Strategi Pengembangan Wisma di Agrowisata Sentool dalam Meningkatkan Daya Tarik Wisatawan

Agrowisata Sentool has great potential to develop as a leading agrotourism destination in Indonesia. However, Wisma Agrowisata Sentool faces several significant challenges, including the need for improved facilities and services, as well as more effective marketing strategies. Through SWOT analysis, this research identifies better development strategies. With an integrated and quality-focused approach, Wisma Agrowisata Sentool can enhance its appeal. This study employs a descriptive qualitative approach to develop strategies for improving Wisma Agrowisata Sentool to attract more tourists. The data collected consists of primary data obtained through interviews with Wisma staff and secondary data from books, articles, journals, and the internet on accommodation development strategies. Data collection methods include direct observation, literature review, and interviews, providing a comprehensive overview of the Wisma. Through SWOT analysis, this research aims to formulate effective strategic steps to improve the quality of services, facilities, and marketing of Wisma Agrowisata Sentool.
