This research aims to find out and describe the Effect of Village Device Performance on Service Quality at Cakru Village Office, Kencong District, Jember Regency. This phenomenon arises due to the dissatisfaction of several people living in Cakru Village, Kencong District, Jember Regency, towards the services provided by the Cakru Village government. This research is an explanatory research where the approach used is a descriptive quantitative approach. The population contained in this study is all village devices that work at the Cakru Village office, Kencong District, Jember Regency, with a total number of village devices of 25 people. This sampling is carried out on a census basis, where the entire population is sampled. The collection of data contained in this study uses a questionnaire conducted in a closed manner. The analysis used in this study is regression analysis and T test. The results obtained from this study by using regression analysis showed a positive relationship between performance and the quality of public services in Cakru Village, and it was identified that the performance of village devices had a significant influence on the quality of public services. The T test in this study also showed that the performance of village devices had a significant positive influence.
