About the Journal

Indonesian Journal of Education and Community Engagement (IJECE) is a scientific journal published by Educational Science Department, Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, University of Jember. The aim of this journal is to provide articles that disseminate the results of community service. The journal also publishes articles that are accessible to a wide audience and brings together authors, lecturers, students, and practitioners in the field of education.

IJECE is dedicated to publishing community service activities on education. IJECE accepts scientific articles using asset-based community development, participatory action research, community-based research, service learning, and other methods. Manuscripts published in IJECE cover themes of primary education, early childhood education, community education, and other educational studies. Contributions are not sufficient to report community service conducted in only one location. However, contributions to IJECE must inspire readers and provoke thought, especially contributions that have an impact on community change in all educational institutions.
