Aplikasi Building Information Modelling (BIM) 5D pada Pembangunan Gedung Bali International Hospital (Gedung B)

Abstract

In the 4.0 era, technological developments are needed in sustainable construction, such as in the Bali International Hospital construction infrastructure project using Building Information Modeling (BIM). The use of BIM is able to minimize and avoid miss communication and errors in reading data between scientific disciplines and can also reduce time and costs in the construction of construction projects. Autodesk Revit is one part of the BIM software. which allows users to be able to plan building construction in 3D both architecturally, structurally, and MEP as well as integrating data such as cost budgets, project schedules, and material specifications into the model to be more accurate. In the Bali International Hospital project, the use of Autodesk Revit software is only limited to 3D modeling, not to bring up the results of quantity take off, in this study will be studied related to the use of Autodesk Revit software in scheduling (BIM 4D), quantity take off and Budget Plan (BIM 5D). The research steps include data collection, 3d modeling with autodesk revit 2021 software, clash detection, Quantity take off for cost budget plan, scheduling plan using ms project, scheduling simulation with navisworks manage 2021. The application of BIM in the Bali International Hospital construction project (Building B), obtained 3d modeling consisting of foundation work up to the construction of the building.
