Population growth, accompanied by a lack of environmental cleanliness and health awareness, increases public health risks. Hospitals are the leading destination for people to get health services. Ngudi Waluyo Wlingi Regional Hospital in Blitar Regency is building an ICU Building to treat patients with critical illnesses, both infectious and non-infectious. This study aims to model the fire protection system of the ICU building of Ngudi Waluyo Blitar Regional Hospital using the 5D Building Information Modeling (BIM) approach using Autodesk Revit software. Fire protection system modeling is crucial in the context of the increasing need for safety in public buildings such as hospitals. The secondary data consists of DED Drawings, Mutual Check 0, Work Plan and Requirements (RKS), and Blitar Unit Price Analysis (AHSP). The research stages include three-dimensional modeling of architecture and fire protection systems, extraction of work volumes through Quantity Take Off (QTO), and cost estimation based on applicable regulations. The study results show that BIM Revit can simulate sprinkler systems, smoke and heat detectors, indoor hydrants, and other safety panels visually and quantitatively. The estimated cost of the fire protection system reached Rp 811,236,639. This study provides evidence that BIM can improve the accuracy of fire protection system planning and support cost efficiency in public service building construction projects.
