Permodelan dan Perhitungan RAB Menggunakan BIM (Building Information Modelling) Pada Proyek IGD RSUD Soedono Kota Madiun

This study discusses the application of Building Information Modeling (BIM) using Autodesk Revit software to model building structures and calculate the Budget Plan (RAB) for the Emergency Room of Soedono Hospital, Madiun City construction project. The primary focus is on modeling the upper and lower structures in three dimensions, calculating the volume of concrete and reinforcement work (quantity take-off), and estimating project costs based on the unit price of Madiun City in 2023. The results showed that the volume of column concrete was 897.13 m³, beams 1,771.90 m³, floor slabs 1,604.22 m³, and pile caps 599.83 m³. The amount of reinforcement needed reached 731,419.88 kg from the basement floor to the 9th floor. The estimated total cost of concrete and reinforcement work is IDR 16,344,938,454.98. This study shows that BIM improves efficiency in modeling and clash detection and provides high transparency and accuracy in the preparation of construction RAB.
