This study analyzes production employees by examining job descriptions from the aspects of authority, responsibility, working conditions, work equipment, and work standards, as well as job specifications from the aspects of skills, knowledge, abilities, personality, and interests. The research was conducted at CV. Multi Bangunan Jember is a manufacturer of concrete building
materials. The research method used is qualitative with domain and taxonomy data analysis techniques. Data collection was carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation. The research informants include the production manager and production staff. The results indicate that authority is decentralized, with responsibilities distributed according to positions and an internal promotion system. Working conditions require physical endurance and are supported by adequate equipment. Work
standards focus on achieving quantity and quality targets. Technical skills, knowledge of concrete production, physical abilities, and a meticulous personality are important attributes of job performance. Additionally, employee interest is enhanced through incentives and career development opportunities.
