This research was designed to determine the quality of population administration services in Campurdarat District, Tulungagung Regency. This research is a type of mixed methods research by collecting data through observation, interviews, questionnaires and documentation. The informants taken by researchers were service recipients and employees who understand the public service process in Campurdarat District. In this study, researchers used five concepts of service quality, namely tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy to determine the quality of service implemented. Based on the data findings, the quality of population administration services in Campurdarat District is considered quite good. Based on the five concepts of service quality, there are two aspects that still have shortcomings. These deficiencies include, among other things, physical evidence and collateral, where there are deficiencies in the inadequate facilities and infrastructure and inappropriate operational hours. Overall, the quality of service implemented in Campurdarat District is quite good, although several aspects still need improvement so that the service is more optimal.
