Abstract

This research was designed to determine the qualityof population administration services in Campurdarat District,Tulungagung Regency. This research is a type of mixed methodsresearch by collecting data through observation, interviews,questionnaires and documentation. The informants taken byresearchers were service recipients and employees whounderstand the public service process in Campurdarat District.In this study, researchers used five concepts of service quality,namely tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance,empathy to determine the quality of service implemented. Basedon the data findings, the quality of population administrationservices in Campurdarat District is considered quite good.Based on the five concepts of service quality, there are twoaspects that still have shortcomings. These deficiencies include,among other things, physical evidence and collateral, wherethere are deficiencies in the inadequate facilities andinfrastructure and inappropriate operational hours. Overall,the quality of service implemented in Campurdarat District isquite good, although several aspects still need improvement sothat the service is more optimal.
